ALL SQUISHY SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of sensory and squishy products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations after an order has shipped.

Colors, patterns, textures, firmness, and appearance may vary slightly from the product photos. These normal manufacturing variations are not considered defects.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing from your package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos of the item
• A photo of the shipping package with the shipping label visible
• Photos of any damage to the shipping package

Please keep the item and all original packaging until your request has been reviewed. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at Salty Squish Co.’s discretion.

Normal variations in color, swirl pattern, texture, firmness, or material feel are not considered defects.

PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

Orders marked delivered by the shipping carrier—including orders supported by a delivery photo, GPS location, geo-scan, or delivery confirmation—are considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Salty Squish Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, including porch theft. Refunds and replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as correctly delivered.

If you cannot locate a delivered package, please:

• Check porches, side doors, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and other secure locations.
• Ask household members, neighbors, or building management.
• Contact the shipping carrier and request verification of the delivery location.
• Report suspected theft to the appropriate local authority when necessary.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the original shipping charge is nonrefundable. The customer must pay the cost of reshipping the order. If a refund is approved instead, shipping charges will be deducted.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they have been packed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or a shipping label has been created, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
